Dordt Cross Country Alumni Challenge
Quote from head Cross Country coach Nate Wolf:
"We talk regularly, as a team, about the high standard set by those that have raced as Defenders in the past. From high academic standards to success on the cross country courses, the women’s and men’s teams strive to reach those standards while using their talents to give praise to God. A gift to the men’s and women’s cross country programs provides the opportunity to share the experiences of the past teams in new ways with the next generation of Defender runners."
The funds from this challenge will support scholarship as well as benefit an off-sight preseason training camp and the building of a permanent finish line structure on our home cross country course.
During the month of March, alumni have the chance to join the Defender Gold Club in support of their specific program that they participated in while at Dordt College. The mission of the Defender Gold Club is to promote interest and support for Dordt athletics while providing an enriching experience for student-athletes.
